These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperDukan. This is a template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Early access launch offer

SuperDukan may run a limited early access promotion ("SUPERDUKAN_EARLY_ACCESS") offering a free Premium website and one free month of website subscription to a fixed number of qualifying registrations, determined by registration order and recorded permanently against the account. SuperDukan reserves the right to modify or end this promotion, and to take action against accounts created to abuse it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SuperDukan to sell illegal goods or services, to defraud customers, or to attempt to access another merchant's data or interfere with the platform's operation.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Disclaimer

SuperDukan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
